If you do not love Obrilo, we will fully refund* (up to) $100 within 30 days of your order being delivered. 

We are so confident you’ll love Obrilo, this even applies to empty canisters/bottles -- you can return 1 empty bottle/canister** as long as you are within the 30 day window.

All you have to do is:

1.  Reach out to our customer service team on the contact form, letting us know that you’d like a refund.

2.  We’ll send you the address where you can return the canisters/bottles.

3.  Mail the canisters/bottles (while we will refund your original shipping, you are responsible for the return postage).

4.  We will initiate your refund within 72 hours of receiving your package.

*Full refund means the total amount you paid for up to $100 + shipping and handling + sales tax. Customer is responsible for return shipping. **Repeated refund requests from the same customer are not allowed.
